Jobs Title: Project Manager - Real Estate

Our client, a prestigious Company in Kuwait, is looking for a high caliber Project Manager to manage its real estate projects which are under construction or undergoing value addition

Job Responsibilities:

- Report on the progress of construction work of each project indicating the completion percentage, time elapsed, sales status delivery date, and other project-related issues

- Integrate with the real estate team and provide technical support in making investment decisions

- Achieve the investment criteria for each fund and portfolio, with specific reference to Project management issues.

- Evaluate real estate consultants, contractors, architects, developers, appraisers, property managers, and environmental consultants

- Conduct periodic inspection visits to the investment properties, checking the condition of the property and ensuring that it is properly maintained; periodic meeting with the property manager to ensure maximum income of the property

- Conduct periodic site visits and meet all the related parties (project managers, consultants, developers, contractors, etc) to ensure that the project is in compliance with the initial plans and estimations

Qualifications:

- Civil Engineering graduate, preferably with Master's

- At least 10 years related experience

- Fluent in English and Arabic

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Solid technical orientation and commercial expertise
